Nenad is a political scientist specializing in international relations and a human rights activist. Over the last twenty years, Nenad has implemented various initiatives that contribute to the reconciliation, establishment of democratic institutions, and protection of human rights. He worked for various national and international organisations, such as Youth Initiative for Human Rights, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, National Democratic Institute and OSCE Mission to Serbia. Nenad has been an active member of the scout movement since the age of ten and has been awarded the title of an Eagle Scout. His nickname is Cicko, which he got when he moved to Belgrade, after his hometown of Cicevac.
