On December 3, the National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation of Albania (NASRI) organized a national workshop dedicated to Albania’s participation in Horizon 2020, and the new perspectives for Horizon Europe (2021-2027).
The event was on opportunity for Albanian beneficiaries and/or participants in Horizon 2020 projects to exchange lessons learned and good practices on the implementation and financial management of Horizon 2020 projects.
Abi Dodbiba, WB ESS collaborator in Albania, participated in the panel discussion on ongoing Horizon 2020 projects, where she presented to the audience the work of SUSTAIN II and the Western Balkans European Social Survey Regional Network. Her presentation focused on the work done in Albania, as well as the broader efforts of the Network in promoting the participation of WB countries in ESS. One of the key points to her presentation was the importance of the wealth of high-quality data that is collected through ESS, available to students, researchers and policymakers alike.
